I had the great fortune to meet Claudia Albir, an Honduran woman living in Iceland who owns a coffee farm in Honduras and exports her own coffee as well for other farmers. I was so moved by her story and her as a person that a month after I was on a plane to Honduras to follow her on an amazing coffee adventure all over the country and over into Nicaragua.
