Iris Stefansdottir

I am a professional photographer based in Reykjavik, Iceland where I have been working freelance since 2014. I have a photography studio in the center of Reykjavík.

From 2012 – 2014 I worked full-time for Bros Manifatture where I was in charge of the photography for their three jewellery lines, Rosato, Brosway and Sagapo. My work has been published in many of the major Italian and international magazines, such as Vogue Italia, Elle, Marie Claire, Vanity Fair and many others.

Born in Reykjavik, Iceland I moved to Italy in 2005 and was based for nine years in different parts of Italy. I started my Italian journey for a year in Parma as a Philosophy student in an Erasmus program, I fell in love with Italy and decided to move to the fashion capital Milano to study my lifelong dream in photography. I graduated with the highest votes from the Istituto Europeo di Design in 2009. For three years from 2009 – 2012 I ran a fashion, still life and portrait studio in the Marche, Italy.
